Creating a new account in KonsoleH

 

Congratulations, you have now registered a domain for your Launcher website and now you want to take full advantage of your new email hosting package that you get with your hosting account.
You can create up to 200 different email account on this email hosting package and this is how you will go about creating them...
 
Step 1:
Browse to the website http://mail.your-domain.com (do not use www)
 
When the page opens click on  "Control Panel".  In the Control Panel you can create email accounts, reset email passwords and view your disk usage.
 
Log in with your domain name and ftp password - You will find these details in your "Account details " email sent to you from our accounts department.

Step 2:
Select the 'Mail' tab from the menu in the bottom left hand corner op the page.

Step 3:
Select 'Manage accounts' .
The main window will display all the active email accounts already in use for your domain.

Step 4:
Select 'New Mailbox' to create a pop mail account or 'New Mail Alias' to create an email alias

Step 5:

Complete the information as requested (Only "Username" and "password" fields are required)
 
Click on 'Add' Email addresses.
Any email accounts that have not been specifically created will continue to be forwarded to your default catchall mailbox (webmaster@your-domain.com).
 
You can now access your new email account through the webmail option or by setting it up on your email client (ie. Outlook, Thunderbird, Blackberry, Apple Mail.)
